Remote Client Services (Travel + Leisure)

We're looking for dependable, service-focused individuals to support clients with questions, planning details, reservations, and general coordination in a remote environment.

As part of Remote Client Services (Travel + Leisure), you'll help keep communication clear, organize important information, and assist clients as their plans come together.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Communicate with clients about preferences and requests
Assist with scheduling, reservations, and confirmations
Provide updates and follow up on pending items
Research accommodations, activities, and transportation options
Help organize itinerary and planning details
Maintain accurate client records
Assist with changes or special requests when needed

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Reliable follow-through
Comfort working independently
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Familiarity with email and online systems
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
