We're looking for organized, detail-focused individuals to help clients keep trip plans, schedules, and reservation details clear and organized.
As a Remote Itinerary Specialist, you'll assist with researching options, coordinating timing, organizing confirmations, and updating itinerary details as plans come together.
Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do
- Gather client dates, preferences, and planning details
- Organize itinerary information
- Coordinate reservation and confirmation details
- Track schedules, timing, and important updates
- Research accommodations, activities, and transportation options
- Assist with changes or adjustments
- Maintain accurate client records
- Follow up on pending items
What We're Looking For
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear written communication
- Reliable follow-through
- Comfort managing multiple details at once
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with email and online systems
- Comfortable researching information
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
