Remote Destination Specialist

We're looking for organized, research-minded individuals to help clients explore destinations, compare options, and coordinate important travel details from home.

As a Remote Destination Specialist, you'll help turn client preferences into clear, organized plans by researching destinations, supporting reservations, and keeping trip details accurate as plans come together.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Handle

Research destinations, accommodations, and activities
Gather client dates, preferences, and priorities
Compare available options
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Organize transportation and itinerary details
Provide updates and follow up on pending items
Help with changes or special requests
Maintain accurate client information

What We're Looking For

Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication
Reliable follow-through
Comfort researching and comparing options
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with email and online systems
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
