Remote Global Travel Specialist

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research destinations, compare options, and coordinate trip details across a variety of locations.

As a Remote Global Travel Specialist, you'll support clients with destination research, reservations, scheduling, and travel-related coordination while helping keep plans accurate and organized.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Research destinations and available options
Gather client dates, preferences, and priorities
Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Organize itinerary and scheduling details
Provide updates and follow up on pending items
Help with changes or special requests
Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

Strong organization and attention to detail

Comfort researching and comparing options
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Familiarity with email and online systems
Comfort working independently
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
