Virtual Travel Assistant

About the Position

We're looking for organized, responsive individuals to help support clients with planning, reservations, and day-to-day coordination in a remote environment.

As a Virtual Travel Assistant, you'll help gather client preferences, organize important trip details, research options, and provide updates as arrangements come together. You may assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, confirmations, and itinerary information while helping clients stay informed throughout the process.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, researching options, and keeping multiple details organized at once.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Help With

  • Collecting client preferences, dates, and planning details
  • Researching available options based on client needs
  • Assisting with reservations and confirmations
  • Organizing accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary details
  • Communicating updates and next steps
  • Following up on pending requests or missing information
  • Keeping client records accurate and organized
  • Assisting with schedule changes or updated arrangements
  • Reviewing information for accuracy before plans are finalized
  • Providing general support throughout the planning process

Hiring Process
