Work From Home Itinerary Coordinator

We're looking for organized, detail-oriented individuals to help coordinate travel itineraries, schedules, reservations, and client trip information from home.

As a Work From Home Itinerary Coordinator, you'll help keep travel plans organized by managing itinerary details, tracking confirmations, researching options, and communicating updates to clients.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Organize travel dates, schedules, and itinerary details
Track reservations and confirmations
Assist with accommodations, transportation, and activities
Update itineraries when plans change
Research options for adjustments or special requests
Follow up on missing or pending information
Communicate travel updates and next steps
Maintain accurate client and trip records

What We're Looking For

Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Reliable follow-through
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfort researching information online
Basic computer and email skills
Ability to work independently
Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Experience in scheduling, reservations, customer service, hospitality, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
