Remote Destination Specialist

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help research destinations, compare options, and coordinate important planning details.

As a Remote Destination Specialist, you'll support clients by gathering preferences, researching locations, organizing reservations, and helping keep plans clear and well coordinated.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Research destinations and available options
Gather client preferences, dates, and priorities
Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Organize destination and itinerary details
Provide updates and follow up on pending items
Help manage changes or special requests
Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication
Reliable follow-through
Comfort researching and comparing options
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with email and online systems
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
