Remote Global Travel Coordinator

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help coordinate domestic and international travel plans in a remote environment.

As a Remote Global Travel Coordinator, you'll support clients with destination research, reservations, scheduling, accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary details while helping keep each plan accurate and organized.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Gather client dates, preferences, and priorities
Research destinations and available travel options
Coordinate reservations and confirmations
Organize accommodation, transportation, and activity details
Track schedules, updates, and pending items
Provide client follow-up and next-step information
Help with changes or special requests
Maintain accurate client and itinerary records

What We're Looking For

Comfort working independently
Familiarity with email and online systems
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
