Client Travel Services Associate

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to support travelers with planning, reservations, communication, and general coordination.

As a Client Travel Services Associate, you'll help gather preferences, research options, organize important details, and make sure clients stay informed throughout the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Communicate with clients about dates, preferences, and requests
Research destinations, accommodations, and available options
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Coordinate transportation, activities, and scheduling details
Provide updates and follow up on pending items
Help with changes or special requests
Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Reliable follow-through
Comfort working independently
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Familiarity with email and online systems
Willingness to research and learn new tools

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
