Position Overview
We are seeking organized, resourceful individuals to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and managing destination-related plans.
As a Remote Destination Coordinator, you'll help clients sort through options, organize important details, and keep each stage of the planning process moving forward. This role combines client communication, research, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes coordination.
You do not need previous industry experience. Training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided.
Your Day-to-Day
In this role, you may:
- Learn about a client's preferred destination, dates, budget, and overall priorities
- Research accommodations, activities, transportation options, and local experiences
- Compare available options and organize information for client review
- Assist with reservation details, confirmations, and scheduling
- Keep track of important dates, requests, and planning updates
- Help organize destination information and itinerary details
- Follow up with clients regarding selections, changes, or outstanding information
- Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and other service providers as needed
- Assist with special requests and adjustments
- Keep client files and planning details accurate and organized
- Provide helpful information leading up to scheduled plans
- Maintain clear communication throughout the coordination process
