Global Travel Specialist

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to assist with travel research, reservations, and trip coordination in a remote environment.

As a Global Travel Specialist, you'll help clients compare options, organize important details, manage confirmations, and keep plans moving smoothly from the initial request through completion.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Learn client preferences, dates, and priorities
Research destinations and available options
Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities
Assist with reservations and confirmations
Organize itinerary and scheduling details
Provide updates and follow up on pending items
Help manage changes or special requests
Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication
Reliable follow-through
Comfort researching and comparing options
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Familiarity with email and online systems
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, scheduling, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
