Remote Destination Research Consultant

We're looking for organized, research-focused individuals to help clients explore destinations, compare options, and make informed travel decisions.

As a Remote Destination Research Consultant, you'll gather client preferences, research destinations, review accommodations and activities, and organize information that supports the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

Research destinations based on client preferences
Compare accommodations, activities, and transportation options
Gather dates, priorities, and planning needs
Organize destination and itinerary information
Provide clear updates and researched options
Assist with reservation details when needed
Follow up on pending items
Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

Strong research and organizational skills
Good attention to detail
Clear written communication
Reliable follow-through
Comfort working independently
Familiarity with email and online systems
Ability to compare information and options
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, research, scheduling, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
