Remote Client Support Specialist

We're looking for dependable, service-focused individuals to support clients with communication, scheduling, follow-up, and travel-related planning needs.

As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you'll help keep client requests organized, provide timely updates, and assist with reservations, itinerary details, accommodations, transportation, or activities when needed.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Handle

Respond to client questions and requests
Gather dates, preferences, and important details
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-up
Assist with reservation and itinerary information
Research options when needed
Help manage updates, changes, or special requests
Maintain accurate client records

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Reliable follow-through
Ability to manage multiple requests
Comfort working independently
Familiarity with email and online systems
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Experience in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, reservations, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
